Refund policy
We offer free UK returns via Royal Mail tracked. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns to customers outside of the UK but we will accept returns/exchanges from international customers as long as postage is paid for by the sender. Any exchanges will be shipped free of charge.
You can return or exchange items from your order for up to:
- 14 day’s for UK customers from the date it arrives with you
- 21 days for International customers from the date it arrives with you
- Orders placed in December have an extended returns period - 31st January

For UK returns please contact us on contact@hannafiedler.com and we will send you your return slip and shipping label.
For International returns we recommend using a tracked method of postage as we cannot accept responsibility if your item is lost in postage. Please contact us on contact@hannafiedler.com to receive a return slip and shipping instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the product is proven faulty.

We will notify you as soon as we process any refunds.

Refund conditions
We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (gift box, garment bag…) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
- Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.
If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order.
