HANNA FIEDLER does not guarantee that all items included in the HANNA FIEDLER web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, HANNA FIEDLER will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. HANNA FIEDLER cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. HANNA FIEDLER may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although HANNA FIEDLER strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, HANNA FIEDLER will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. HANNA FIEDLER, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organisations. In situations where HANNA FIEDLER acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. HANNA FIEDLER cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. HANNA FIEDLER cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
To place your order with HANNA FIEDLER, please visit our online store where you can purchase our collection. Simply select your items, along with size, colour and quantity and complete the order by following the straightforward prompts on screen. If you wish to request a specific colour, size or small changes to the designs please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your options. Should you have any trouble completing your order or questions regarding sizing, please contact us via this link for further assistance. If you need help placing an order, tracking your purchase, arranging your return or exchange, choosing the right size and fit we are happy to assist. If you would prefer to complete your order via telephone or mail order please contact us and we are happy to give you a call or complete the transaction via email. If products ordered are not available, HANNA FIEDLER will inform the Customer by all means available (telephone and email). Once you place an order by following the simple on screen instructions, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can trace your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account eventual delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to HANNA FIEDLER. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, or American Express. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
HANNA FIEDLER insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are willing to exchange unworn/unused Goods when returned to HANNA FIEDLER, in perfect unworn and original condition with the receipt and tags attached within 14 days of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within ten business days after shipment has been made. The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (gift box, garment bag…) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.
If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order. You may use your own return shipping service. Please contact us to receive all information needed for the return. We strongly recommend that you notify our team of any shipment tracking details and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our warehouse.
Items purchased during a pre-order period will only be produced once the sale period has ended. We will notify you once your purchase is ready to ship. You have the right to cancel your order as long as the sale period is still in progress. Once the sale period has ended your order is no longer valid for cancellation. Pre-order items are eligible for exchange or return. Should you wish to exchange or return your Pre-order purchase please follow the instructions above.
SPECIAL ORDERS – MADE TO ORDER
Please note that some items in our shop are Made to Order. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded as they are only produced upon request. If you wish to try a sample or see the colours and fabrics before ordering, feel free to contact us to book an appointment in our London studio. Alternatively we can also send fabric samples via post. Please contact us should you have any further queries.
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund being processed. Please note that payment may take up to 10 business days to be received and that we are only able to process refunds to the original card of purchase.
Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery shipping charges selected. Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred on delivery and recommend customers contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If in the unlikely event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us to arrange the return of the item at your earliest convenience. HANNA FIEDLER is responsible for paying all shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. Please note that Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition with all packaging, tags and documentation included.
Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted to the contact section. If HANNA FIEDLER receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, then you are deemed to have received and accepted the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
If you have received an item from HANNA FIEDLER as a gift you may exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes and import duties and any additional charges that may incur as a result of exchange. Please contact HANNA FIEDLER for assistance. HANNA FIEDLER reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.

All content included on this Site, such as works, images, pictures, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colours, schemes, tools, fonts, designs, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software (collectively, “Content”), is the property of HANNA FIEDLER or Provider and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative work from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Content without the prior express written consent of HANNA FIEDLER as the case may be. HANNA FIEDLER shall have the exclusive right to authorise or prohibit in their sole discretion any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way of, in whole or in part, the Content. HANNA FIEDLER shall have the right, at any time, to claim the authorship of any Content posted on this Site and to object to any use, distortion or other modification of such Content. Any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way of, the Content expressly authorised in writing by HANNA FIEDLER shall be carried out by you for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.
All personal information saved on the site will be handled with utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible.It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities. When registering with the site, you have the option not to receive any information from HANNA FIEDLER. If you wish to end your subscription send an email to email@example.com.
